Gotfood.co.uk does not accept credit card payments online, on behalf of any merchants. Gotfood.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of credit/debit cards when placing orders. The merchants which accept credit cards do so in the traditional manner of processing the transaction once the credit card number and expiration date has been securely transmitted to them. As a general policy, you should contact your credit/debit card provider as soon as fraud has been suspected. 3. Pricing Information.

All prices shown on the Gotfood.co.uk website are up-to-date prices provided by the merchants subscribing to the service.

Every effort is made to ensure that pricing information is accurate and up-to-date. Gotfood.co.uk provides the merchants with tools to update the prices and descriptions of items as soon as possible, therefore Gotfood.co.uk cannot be held liable for any misinterpretations made as a result of pricing mistakes from merchants.

4. Restrictions on Use.

By using this site, you acknowledge that Gotfood.co.uk contains Restaurant, Bakery, Caterer information, menus, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, and other materials that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed.

Permission is granted to use this website as an online dining guide and menu information resource only.

5. Disclaimer.

Gotfood.co.uk provides information regarding the many products and services that can be purchased through its network of Bakeries, Caterers, Restaurants and other merchants. It is however, the responsibility of each of these merchants to specifically confirm the accuracy of the products and services which they are offering, and their prices. The information displayed on this web site does not constitute an offer to contract. An offer to contract is made when you submit your final order and an order tracking number generated. The sales contract will be concluded once the customer confirms their order and that order is either faxed or emailed to the relevant merchant. The customer will receive an order tracking number and the merchant can also verbally accept to honour the contract. It is the merchant’s responsibility to ensure their fax machine or email system is working properly.

Gotfood.co.uk therefore maintains no responsibility for the products and services sold by the merchants subscribing its network. If the customer has an issue with a purchased product or service, this must be taken up directly with the merchant. However, we will work with the merchant on any problems faced by customers if an email is sent to us with an explanation of the problem.

As outlined above, Gotfood.co.uk is only a facilitator between the merchants that subscribe to the service and its users. Gotfood.co.uk cannot therefore be held accountable for any problems such as poor quality or late deliveries. This is solely the responsibility of the merchant.

If the user places any ‘fake’ orders (of which are not honoured by the user) any complaints by the merchant affected will immediately result in the banning of the user account responsible.

7. Indemnification.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Gotfood.co.uk and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site.

8. Changing Terms.

Gotfood.co.uk has the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to use of the site, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, without limitation, adding fees and charges for use.
