Placing an Order

Please ensure that before you place an order through a specific merchant for delivery, check the delivery range of that merchant and whether they will deliver to you.

   1:Select whether you wish to order from a Restaurant/Takeaway, Bakery or Caterer.
   2:Select type of Cuisine if Restaurant/Takeaway/Caterer, or Bakery Type
   3:Select your City and Neighbourhood
   4:Select Whether you require Delivery or wish to Pick Up your Order

Once the list of merchants in your chosen area is populated, click on your preferred merchant to view their menu and then assemble your order by selecting the items you desire (by adding the item to your basket).

Once you have confirmed your order in the Checkout, you will be required to confirm the address which you wish to have the food delivered to (or where you will pick the food from) and confirm a valid phone number where the merchant can contact you.

You must also at this stage choose whether you wish to have the order delivered or pick up the order from the merchant – and the method of payment you wish to use, which are either Cash on Delivery/Pick Up or Credit Card on Delivery/Pick-Up.

When you are happy with the items you have selected (which will be shown on the summary page) – confirm the order and it will be immediately sent to the merchant of your choice by fax or electronic mail.

Once the order has been submitted to the merchant of your choice, your order history on your account will be updated to reflect this, and an order number will also be generated.

The merchant will either call you back to confirm your order, or deliver the order on the time specified in their delivery details.
