         FAQs
What is included within the service?
GotFood.co.uk’s main feature is to allow customers of restaurants, caterers and bakeries to access a comprehensive database of online menus, which will allow them to order whatever they desire. For the retailers of these services, we offer their own web space consisting of a fully updatable menu, option of offering special offers and ‘virtual coupons’, directional maps and the chance to post job vacancies online. We also provide you with your personal username and password if you wish to update these changes yourself, and give you the tools to track your order history and number of ‘hits’ to your individual web-space. Can services provided by the Yellow Pages and your local newspaper offer you this?

How do I control my menu and other information?
We understand the importance of having options when running your own business. That’s why in order to keep your menu, special offers and detailed descriptions up-to-date, we have developed an administration tool that you can use to update these features frequently and also track your own statistics. If you are too busy to do this, we are more than happy to update any new information you wish to add.

How do my customers pay for their orders?
We considered that a high volume of internet users do not like to provide credit card details online, and that business owners wish to maintain full control of the financial side of their business. Therefore, our objective is to provide you with accurate, timely orders through fax and allow the customers to pay for their meals the traditional way – by paying directly to you.
